By using bendercareycap.com, submitting a deal form, or messaging us by email, phone or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services are for businesses and adults 18 or older. If you use them for a company, you confirm you are authorized to act for it.
Information on our site, in our messages and from our tools, including the deal checker and any estimates, is general information only. It is not an offer, approval or commitment to lend. Any financing is subject to underwriting, due diligence, credit approval and signed loan documents. Rates, terms and programs can change without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
